Progressivism of Multicultural Islamic Education

چکیده

Indonesia adalah bangsa yang terdiri dari aneka budaya, suku, golongan, agama, etnis, ras, kelas sosial, dan sebagainya. Meski terbangun atas bermacam keragaman, setiap memiliki latar belakang dalam meningkatkan hubungan pendidikan multikultural harmonis, humanis edukatif. Progresivisme merupakan aliran filsafat modern menghendaki adanya perubahan pelaksanaan menjadi lebih maju mengutamakan peserta didik sebagai central belajar guru fasilitator, pembimbing, pengarah bert ingin merubah praktik selama ini terkesan teoritik doktrinik demokratis humansitik menghargai potensi kemampuan anak. Latar landasan perlu dikembangkan melalui pendekatan terarah terukur untuk diterapkan. Melihat bahwa Pendidikan harus mampu mengakui keberagaman etnik budaya masyarakat suatu maka juga bentuk upaya mewujudkan yaitu kegiatan edukasi dengan maksud menumbuh kembangkan kearifan pemahaman, sikap, kesadaran, perilaku terhadap keaneka ragaman masyarakat, agama. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode library research (pustaka). Penelitian bertujuan memaparkan terkait bagaimana hakikat multikultural, perspektif progresivisme keterikatan multikultural.
